the location was perfect - just a short walk away from the center and the Old Town of Lutsk. It made exploring the city incredibly convenient. Secondly, the staff were absolutely amazing. They were friendly, polite, and made me feel truly valued as a guest. Thirdly, the attention to detail throughout the hotel was impressive. From the clean and modern rooms to the stylish bathrooms, everything was top-notch. Lastly, the breakfast spread was exceptional, offering a variety of delicious options to start the day off right.

Spending New Year's Eve at this trendy hotel was definitely worth it! The staff welcomed us with smiles and were very accommodating throughout our stay. The rooms were well-designed and had everything we needed, from comfortable beds to a selection of tea and coffee. The breakfast was diverse and delicious, with something for everyone. Plus, the hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to all the New Year's festivities.

Although our stay was wonderful, we did have a few minor complaints. the prices for drinks in the hotel's bar were quite high.

This hotel impresses with its location in the historic center, close to the castle and city park. The rooms are luxurious and come with a posh selection of expendables. The breakfast is exceptional, and the staff is eager to help. You can enjoy a great dinner on the terrace and fast, free Wi-Fi.

One downside is the high price for laundry services, but this is not uncommon in hotels.

Spending New Year's at a hotel is always a gamble, but this one was brilliant! the complementary champagne and cookies in the room were a great touch. the hotel's location couldn't have been better - central and close to everything we needed. the view from our room was absolutely captivating. We also appreciated the friendly staff that always tried their best to assist us.

The language barrier with some of the staff. It made ordering food and drinks a bit difficult at times when we weren't sure exactly what we were getting.
